About

The Different Strokes Golf Association, DSGA, is a DFW based golf league that organizes fun and competitive golf events for gay and lesbian golfers of all skill levels. DSGA was started in 1997 and boasts over 50 active golfers. Our league provides a friendly social gathering point for gay and lesbian persons who enjoy golf. Persons of all ability are welcome. All gatherings will be structured so that all levels that want to may compete. DSGA also organizes social events such as pool parties and 19th hole socials.

We schedule golf outings about twice a month March thru October. You don’t have to be a member to come out and play. Just sign up as a guest and see how you like it. Please go to the Join Us page for more info on how to sign up as a guest for an event and membership information.

Communication of scheduled events, tournaments and meetings to the membership will primarily be made via the DSGA website and email. To sign up for our league email list, please go to the Join Us page. Prior to each event you will receive an email with course, host, and fee information. Be sure to note the sign up deadline.  If you have signed up to receive e-mail updates from DSGA and you are not receiving them, please first check your filters and insure communications@dsgadallas.org is a safe sender. If you still are not receiving, please email info@dsgadallas.org.

Tee times and final pairings are emailed prior to the event. If you have any questions, please ask the host. You are not always guaranteed the tee time group you reserved. Sometimes adjustments have to be made should there be gaps in the pairings.Tee times and final pairings are emailed prior to the event.
