The Different Strokes Golf Association, DSGA, is a DFW based golf league that organizes fun and competitive golf events for gay and lesbian golfers of all skill levels. DSGA was started in 1997 and boasts over 50 active golfers.  Our league provides a friendly social gathering point for gay and lesbian persons who enjoy golf.  Persons of all ability are welcome.  All gatherings will be structured so that all levels that want to may compete.  DSGA also organizes social events such as pool parties and 19th hole socials.  We also raise funds for various social service organizations serving the gay and lesbian community.  We are registered with the Texas Golf Association.

We schedule golf outings about twice a month March thru October. You don't have to be a member to "come out" and play. Just sign up as a guest and see how you like it.

Membership is open to all that enjoy the game of golf.  Membership gives you access to the members list, handicap system (GHIN) and an excuse to play more golf!  Once a member, you are signed up to receive league emails.  At the end of the season, the league hosts its club championship known as the Texas Shootout.

**Note**  Ttimes will be based on flight pairings, and not what you sign up for in golf herd.

This year the shootout will be one day only!  Bring your game because there won't be a second chance!

There will also be a fun flight for those golfers that want to play, but not in the tournament format.  You must have a sanctioned
USGA handicap to play in the tournament flight.

The league will buy appetizers after the event.
