Refund Policy
Cancel by Nov 30, 2026 → Full refund (minus any foreign transaction fees).
Cancel between Dec 1–31, 2026 → 50% refund (minus fees).
Cancel after Dec 31, 2026 → No refund.

Rules
Tournament Format
Day 1 – Saturday, Jan 16
• 4-Person Scramble (coed) – Scott “Scooter” Cottingham Memorial Scramble
• Teams balanced across A, B, C, D players (as best as possible)
• Medals awarded to the top 2 teams
• Optional pre-tournament round available at discounted rate (mention “Sin City” when booking)
Day 2 – Sunday, Jan 17
• Individual Stroke Play (men’s & women’s divisions)
• Medals awarded to 1st & 2nd place in gross and net categories
